The same fixed monthly price as the rest of the Costa Blanca: Essential is 150€ a month, Complete is 230€ a month with chemicals included, and Total for absent owners is 350€ a month with extra summer visits and property checks. Repairs and one-off work are quoted separately, free and usually the same day.
