LeoProperty is the property care side of Leo Pools. We're physically here on the Orihuela Costa, so inspections, rental changeovers, contractor visits and deliveries are handled in person, and you get a photographed record of each one, wherever you are.

Need an electrician? No problem, we'll find one for you. We have trusted local contacts in every trade: plumbers, electricians, pool technicians, gardeners and more. Or bring your own. Either way we meet them, give them access when you can't be there, keep an eye on the work and show you the result.
General property checks, maintenance issues spotted early and the required work coordinated. The pool and the garden are looked after by our own team: pool maintenance and garden maintenance.

Every visit ends in a photographed record: what we checked, what was done and anything we flagged. You open it from your phone wherever you are. For contractor work and repairs we photograph the before and the after, so you can compare them yourself.
