How often should a pool be serviced on the Costa Blanca?+
In the Costa Blanca climate most private pools need weekly service from spring through autumn, when heat and use drive algae and chemical swings. In winter, fortnightly visits usually keep the water balanced. We set a fixed schedule for your property and document every visit.
How much does pool maintenance cost?+
It depends on pool size, equipment and visit frequency. We give a free, no-obligation quote — usually the same day — after a quick look at your property. Weekly maintenance is a fixed monthly price with no surprise invoices.
Do you maintain holiday-rental and Airbnb pools between guests?+
Yes. We keep rental pools guest-ready between bookings and give owners and managers a photo record of every visit — so you and your guests can trust the pool is clean, safe and balanced on changeover day.
What's included in a weekly pool service?+
Skimming and vacuuming, emptying baskets, brushing, testing and balancing the water, checking the filter and pump, and a quick equipment inspection. Anything that needs attention is flagged with photos in your record.
Do you repair pumps, filters and salt chlorinators?+
Yes — repairs and equipment work are done by a licensed installer (instalador autorizado): pumps, filters, salt chlorinators, plumbing and electrical. We diagnose, quote and document the fix.
How do I see what was done at each visit?+
Every visit is photographed and logged. You get one private link, and the Leo Pools client app, showing before-and-after photos, the tasks completed, water readings and any issues — open it from anywhere, in English or Spanish.
Which areas do you cover?+
We're based at Las Colinas Golf and cover the Orihuela Costa and Vega Baja — including Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Villamartín, San Miguel de Salinas, Campoamor, Ciudad Quesada and more.
