The e-Playa Classic hides the roller and motor inside a clad bench at the end of the pool. Instead of an open frame you get a tidy white or wood-effect box that takes a distributed load of up to 100 kg, with a top that lifts off when the mechanism needs a look.

The frame is white aluminium clad in white PVC, or in wood-effect PVC if you want something warmer next to a garden or timber deck. It sits on the coping outside the water, so existing pools need no work inside the shell and new pools can have it from day one.
Used within the manufacturer's instructions, the top takes a distributed load of up to 100 kg. It covers pools from 2 x 2 m up to 6 x 12 m, staircases up to 1.5 m in radius included.
This is the mains electric version. A disengageable 24 V tubular motor with automatic limit switches drives the slats, and Slow Mode is built into the transformer box. You open and close it with a three-position key switch.
The removable top gives access to the shaft and motor for inspection without taking the bench apart. If running a cable to the pool is a problem, the same bench comes as the e-Playa Solar.
Slats are 83 mm, in PVC or polycarbonate. PVC comes in white, sand, blue, light grey and dark grey. Polycarbonate comes in transparent, translucent black and translucent blue, plus double-layer transparent, silver and blue.
Anti-lift straps lock the closed cover, and an anti-slip system can be added where the staircase base is narrower than half the pool width.
