The e-Playa Dsign is the raised cover reworked as a piece of outdoor furniture. Black powder-coated aluminium and IPE wood wrap the roller, and the bench can take modular seating, so the end of the pool becomes somewhere to sit rather than a piece of equipment.

Clean planes, black metal and natural timber: the Dsign is meant for modern villas and gardens where a standard cover would look too technical. It sits outside the water, so there is no submerged installation, and works on new pools and refurbishments alike.
It fits pools from 2 x 2 m up to 5 x 10 m, including staircases with a radius of up to 1.5 m.
The frame is scratch-resistant black powder-coated aluminium with the Qualicoat label, clad in IPE wood. The pairing sits comfortably beside decking, porches and garden furniture.
Modular seating areas can be built into the structure, turning the volume that houses the shaft into a usable bench. The mechanism stays protected inside, yet remains accessible for maintenance.
A disengageable 24 V tubular motor with automatic limit switches handles opening and closing, and Slow Mode makes the movement progressive. Power can be mains electric or solar, depending on what the site allows.
Slats are 83 mm PVC (white, sand, blue, light grey, dark grey) or polycarbonate (transparent, translucent black, translucent blue, and double-layer transparent, silver or blue). Anti-lift straps lock the closed cover, and an anti-slip system can be fitted for staircases narrower than half the pool width.
