1 / 5Geobubble swaps the usual round bubble for a patented figure-of-eight shape: two bubbles joined by a smoothly curved centre. That geometry spreads stress through the material and helps the blanket float steadily, giving a more durable cover for a pool in full sun. It is made to the size of your pool and priced per square metre.

Traditional round bubbles concentrate stress at certain points. Geobubble links two bubbles with a central section and soft curves, so the load is shared more evenly and the material holds up better to sun, water and daily handling.
It is a step up from a standard bubble blanket, meant for owners who want more durability and would like to choose the balance of strength, solar gain and light control that suits their pool.
The bubbles catch solar heat while the sun is out and trap a layer of air that limits heat loss when nobody is swimming. In its solar version the manufacturer quotes up to 10 °C more in water temperature, and evaporation falls by up to 98%.
On a coast where an uncovered pool gives up water to sun and wind every day, that shows: fewer top-ups and less fresh water to bring back into balance. With debris landing on the cover rather than in the pool, routine maintenance gets simpler too.
You choose between Geobubble 400 microns (375 g/m²), Geobubble 500 microns (450 g/m²) and Geobubble Reinforced at 700 microns (560 g/m²). The 400 is the entry point with balanced performance, the 500 adds thickness and strength, and the Reinforced version is for pools that need the toughest blanket in the range.
The family includes Blue, Sol+Guard (translucent, for maximum solar gain), EnergyGuard (black, cutting light transmission to limit photosynthesis) and RaeGuard (focused on light control, and in the reinforced version on holding heat for longer). Eyelets, edging and cut-outs adapt the cover to the shape of your pool and to a reel.
Leo Pools visits with our installation partner to take the measurements in person. The price you see here is indicative and worked out per square metre; the real figure is confirmed once we have measured, with 3 cm added on each side for the fixings. As the blanket is flexible, the final size may vary by up to 3 cm.
The cover is then made to order and fitted by our partner. We photograph the visit and log it in VisitPro with a timestamp, so if you live abroad you can open the record and see exactly what was measured. If we already look after your pool each week, a cover means less debris and less evaporation between our visits.
Leo Pools measures your pool in person with our installation partner, then confirms the exact price. The measuring visit and the installation are photographed and timestamped in VisitPro, in a private record you can open from anywhere.
