S-Lux submerged pool cover

The S-Lux from Iber Coverpool puts the shaft and motor in the pool floor, beneath an in-water deck, and the shutter rises through a discreet opening to cover the water. The terrace is left free of any structure at all. It is meant for architectural pools and new builds where the cover is designed in with the shell.

A cover you cannot see from the terrace

A raised cover always leaves something on the deck: a box, a bench or a pair of posts. The S-Lux leaves nothing. The roller and motor are installed below the water in the floor of the pool, under an in-water deck, and the shutter unrolls across the surface from there.

That level of integration has to be planned. It suits contemporary pools, new builds and larger renovations where the shell can be shaped around the cover. Iber Coverpool lists it for pools from 2 x 2 m up to 6 x 12 m, stairs with a radius of up to 1.5 m included.

How it moves and locks

Inside the shaft is a 24 V tubular motor that can be disengaged, with internal limit switches that set where the shutter stops at each end. Slow Mode gives a gentler, more gradual roll in both directions, and the cover is controlled from a smartphone.

A sealing kit (connection box, electrical connections and sealing gel) protects the joints in the wiring. Once the pool is covered, an anti-lift strap system secures the shutter.

Finishing the deck area and choosing slats

The structure uses two composite brackets, with the shaft in composite for widths up to 5 m or in aluminium where the pool needs it. To finish the submerged deck there are PVC cover panels, a panel ready for lining and a panel ready for tiling, so the cover area can match the liner or tiles used in the rest of the pool.

Slats are 83 mm, in PVC (white, sand, blue, light grey, dark grey) or polycarbonate (transparent, translucent black, translucent blue, and double-layer transparent, silver or blue). The final set-up depends on the pool size, the stairs, the slat type and the finish you want.

From measuring visit to installed cover

Because the S-Lux is set into the floor of the pool, the measurements decide everything. Message us on WhatsApp and we visit with our installation partner to measure the shell and the stairs. The price shown here is indicative and is confirmed after that visit.

Our partner carries out the installation. We photograph and timestamp both the measuring visit and the fitting in VisitPro, so owners who spend most of the year abroad can follow the job from home. We cover Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja, Villamartín, Ciudad Quesada and San Miguel de Salinas.

Measured and fitted on record

You see every step, wherever you are.

Leo Pools measures your pool in person with our installation partner, then confirms the exact price. The measuring visit and the installation are photographed and timestamped in VisitPro, in a private record you can open from anywhere.
