S-Premium submerged pool cover

The S-Premium from Iber Coverpool rolls its slatted shutter onto a shaft that sits inside the pool shell, below the waterline, so nothing stands on the deck. It suits new pools planned with a cover from the start and renovations where a clear terrace matters. We measure the pool with our installation partner before the price is fixed.

What it is and who it suits

A submerged automatic cover keeps the whole mechanism under the water. With the S-Premium the roller is built into the pool shell itself, so the deck around the pool stays open, with no box, posts or bench beside the water.

It works best when the cover is part of the plan: a new build where the shell can be designed around it, or a renovation where the owner wants protection without losing a clean edge. Iber Coverpool lists it for pools from 2 x 2 m up to 6 x 15 m, including stairs with a radius of up to 1.5 m.

Motor, control and locking

Power comes from a 24 V tubular motor that sits inside the shaft. It can be disengaged and has internal limit switches, so the shutter stops at the right point when opening and closing. Slow Mode rolls and unrolls the shutter gradually, and you operate it from your phone over Bluetooth.

The electrics are protected by a sealing kit with a connection box, connections and sealing gel. When the cover is closed, anti-lift straps lock the shutter in place, and a set of counterweights with a strap ballasts it so it holds its position in normal use.

Slats, structure and finishes

The shutter takes 83 mm slats in PVC (white, sand, blue, light grey or dark grey) or polycarbonate (transparent, translucent black, translucent blue, or double-layer transparent, silver or blue).

Under the water, the shaft rests on an adjustable bearing between two composite brackets. It comes in composite for widths up to 5 m, or in aluminium, depending on the pool. The technical area can be finished with aluminium beams 50, 80 or 120 mm high, dividing walls and a grating in white, sand, light grey or dark grey PVC, or in wood, so the roller zone matches the lining.

Measured on site, installed by our partner

Ask for a quote on WhatsApp and we come out with our installation partner to measure the pool, anywhere from Orihuela Costa and Villamartín to Torrevieja, Ciudad Quesada and San Miguel de Salinas. The price on this page is a guide. A submerged cover is built to the exact shell, so the final figure is confirmed once it has been measured.

The measuring visit and the installation are both photographed, timestamped and logged in VisitPro, our visit record app. If you live abroad, you can open the record and see the work from wherever you are.
